Canadiens vs Avalanche
It was a hard fought game between the two teams, but the Avalanche had that extra step on the Canadiens. Congratulations to Brandon Savage for his first hat trick of the season. Jonathon Gebara added a goal and Parker Ouellette pitched in an assist.
Netminder Brysen Perry made some outstanding saves but too many breakaways sealed the deal for the Avs. Some great back-checking by Zach Suitor, Brady Goodall and Justin Rollings helped keep the Avs off the scoreboard for a bit. It was a good effort by the Canadiens and a job well done for the Avalanche.
