Game 7 vs. Bruins - The end of the winning streak.
Today the Rangers came back from a 2 week break to face the Bruins.

The Bruins were the hungrier team today.  The Rangers tried hard to play at the same speed as the Bruins, but could not catch up.  The Bruins played a great game and deserved the win.

In the loss today, the Rangers picked up on some key things we can do to learn and improve on.

Game notes:
  • Devon Wilson continues to develop and played a great game.
  • Ethan Vandermeersch continues to anchor the defence!  He played a terrific game and was, by far, one of the best Rangers on the ice.
  • Kassidy Teare continued to play well for the Rangers.  She made some big saves, especially at the end of the game when the Rangers really turned it on and tried to tie it up.
  • The Willem, Kaleb and Noah line started slow but really tried to turn it on at the end.  Unfortunately, they just couldn't get it going.  Good try boys…
  • Aiden Van Huizen and Bubba Luc Kirchner were leaned on heavily today and put in a great effort.
  • Memphis Peatson, started a little slow but really turned it on and played a great second half.  Nice work Memphis.
  • Aiden Solway continues to play well and had a great game.

Points.
1 goal Aiden Venhuizen
1 assist Noah Wilson

The coaches are proud of the Rangers for the amount of effort they put in today.  You can't win them all boys and girls…

See you at practice!
