Game 12 vs The Kings
This was an incredible game to be a part of, everyone did an outstanding job of limiting chances by a high powered offence and we found a way to squeak out a 4-3 win in a tight game.
I have sadly misplaced the game sheet, but I know that Williem had 2 goals, Hunter and Zach both had a goal and an assist and Kalib, Adam and Cam all had assists. We moved some players around, this was Greg's first game as a forward, Tyler covered for him pretty well on the back end, Jax went back on defense for the first time in months and Aiden did an admirable job as a winger this week. One play that really stood out to me was a clear breakaway by the #2 scorer in the league (Dom St.Amand) in which Brady made an unbelievable save, and almost immediately the puck was going the other way to the stick of Williem who found a breakaway of his own, he wouldn't miss his shot and tied up the game.
The Golden jersey went to Aiden for his hard work along the boards and contributing on a key penalty kill. Speaking of penalty kills, we really need to focus on trying to get through one game this season without taking a penalty :).
Our next game is this Saturday at 9:20 vs AtoMc White. We will likely move some players around again, as we look for anything we may have missed to date in preparation for a playoff run. Until then....
