Please see the below message for important updates/ reminders to be aware of for our U9 Team.
As soon as possible - If I could have all parents please email your preferred email to: [email protected], as my wife Sam Winkworth will be helping out with some management duties this year, and she will be sending out any updates for our team as they arise, which will make things easier for notifying everyone on any upcoming events, changes, news, etc., when she can send those updates directly to your personal emails.
Please be sure to send both yourself and spouses email and/or other parent guardian(s) email that you would like added to the full email list.
Tuesday, October 4th (Tomorrow) - OFFER OF COMMITMENT PAPERWORK - If you have not already submitted your offer of commitment paperwork to me (Travis), please do so by the end of practice tomorrow!
Wednesday, October 5th - COBRA DAY - Team apparel fitting at Thames Campus arena at 5:45pm.
Belle River Source for sports will be there with all the cobra team apparel to try on for sizing, and you will be able to place your order yourself online following that!
Please note: Team Tracksuits
will be included in the team budget, so please ensure you are at very least having your player sized for a tracksuit.
Saturday, October 8th - FINALIZED BUDGET - I am hoping to have our team budget/assessment completed and ready to share by Saturday October 8th. Additionally, as soon as the team/player assessment has been finalized, myself, or Sam will be sending out an email with the details on all of that, and we will likely plan/book a parent meeting to go over the finalized assessment/budget to further explain how it all works, to any families who might be new to the travel hockey player assessments.
