Tryout Update
The Coaching Staff is really impressed with the effort everyone brought to Tryout #1.
Tryout #2 Thursday May 11th 7:40-845pm Thames
I am a big believer that preparation is one of the major keys to success. With that, here is a general idea as to what we will be doing at tryout #2 so you may prepare. This is of course subject to change.
3-5 Minute pre game style Warm up
15 Minutes of 5 on 5 Contact hockey.
5 Minute break consisting of long and short distance passing. Saucer passes etc.
15 Minutes of 5 on 5 Contact hockey with possible line combination changes. Be prepared to trade jerseys.
5-10 Minute break consisting of shooting from just over the blue line. Wrist/Snap/Slap shots
15 Minutes of 5 on 5 Contact hockey.
Wrap up.
