After being eliminated from OMHA Playdowns by the Belle River Canadiens the Major Peewees bounced back to winning ways this past weekend with a victory over the Riverside Rangers.
It was apparent that the team was still shaking off a tough recent OMHA series defeat. Emotions were low but the Cobras managed to battle out a 4-1 victory over the Rangers. Logan Miller captured the win in net.
The line of Austin Kozlof, Brayden Lariviere and Zach Mackinlay-Hultgren tallied three of the four Cobra goals.
Team scoring was Lariviere G(2) A(1), Kozlof G(1), Mackinlay-Hultgren A(1), Jeffrey Carey G(1), Ethan Labadie A(1), and Nathan Brown A(1).
The team takes to the ice next Sunday hosting the undefeated Tecumseh Eagles.
See you at the rink.
