Kent Minor Hockey is asking all players and parents to take a few minutes to complete our Coaching Evaluation Surveys.
These surveys are an important tool for evaluating the season and supporting the ongoing development of our coaching staff and programs.
How anonymity works:
Participants will be asked to include their name when completing the survey. This is only to ensure that each person submits one response and to maintain the integrity of the feedback process.
Names will not be shared with coaches, and individual responses will remain confidential. Feedback will be reviewed by association leadership and shared with coaches only in summary form.
All surveys received that do not have a name attached to them will be discarded.
We encourage honest, respectful feedback. Your input helps Kent Minor Hockey continue to provide a positive, safe, and development-focused hockey experience.
