Big Win
The Flyers and Penguins met for the first time in the playoffs. The Flyers came out flying, drew first blood and and took an early lead. They kept peppering the Penguins and had a strong lead into the second period. The Penguins never let up and found themselves back into the game. When the final buzzer sounded the Flyers were victorious with a 6-4 win.
The Penguins goal scorers were Brendan, Colton, Ryder and Trenton.
The Flyers were lead by Gordo with 2 goals and 2 assists, Brayden with 2 goals 1 assist, Ethan M. 1 goal 1 assist, Hunter 1 goal, and single assists went to Brady and Cam.
The Flyers defence and superb goaltending held the Penguins top gunners to only 1 point each. Jacob stood tall and made save after save, and stopped a bunch of breakaways.
Zack took the hard hat honours with his steady play on defence.
Great team effort!
