Peak offers a positive environment that optimizes athletic development. With emphasis placed on individualized needs, athletes are assessed and evaluated prior to program implementation. Experienced coaching throughout the program helps athletes to meet their short and long term goals. Trainers work to encourage athletic focus in each individual through movement quality. Each program implements techniques for injury reduction, functional strength, speed development, explosive power techniques, and agility.
