I would like to take this opportunity to both congratulate these young men as well as express to the ones not on this list how difficult this process was. There were several players that took part in this tryout process that deserve the chance to play here, but roster limitations prevent this from happening. To ALL those players I wish you the best of luck in your upcoming season as I know you will be a very important part of whatever team you play for. These decisions were very hard to make. The following players will be representing the 2019/20 Minor Midget Kent Cobras.

Thanks again for another great effort tonight, it makes this process that much harder. For those not moving on thank you for your efforts, as I know you will be a big part of wherever you play next season. The following players will move on in the process, those with an asterisk will be playing on Tuesday in St.Thomas. Please be there dressed for warm-ups 45 mins prior to the game. Bring your own water bottle. 

Great effort again tonight by everyone in the lineup, There are some very tough decisions again tonight, its not easy to make these choices as there are very good players again having to be released. Best of luck to those not moving forward, hope you have a great year, and do not let this setback stop you from playing your game but use it as fire to achieve future goals. I was impressed with the effort last night as all the boys stepped it up a level to compete for a position for next season. That being said we will continue with the last tryout skate on Tuesday, before finishing it off with 4 exhibition games. I will be posting the first round of cuts and the roster for the game in Sarnia after the tryout tomorrow night. Keep working hard boys, like I said yesterday all spots are available!! Coach Evan.
