Notice re: Atom Local League Division
Submitted By Martin Steele on Thursday, April 11, 2019
Kent Minor Hockey is making every attempt to move forward with two (2) Atom Local League teams for the 2019-2020 season. Registration numbers in this division must increase considerably in order for our association to sustain the program in Tilbury (minimum of 2 teams required).

The alternative to operating teams in the Local League program is to incorporate these Atom aged players into the House League program (similar to what was done with the IP and Tyke programs last year).

We are asking any parent intending to register their son/daughter in Atom Local League for the upcoming season to do so by August 3, 2019.

Players attending tryouts who intend to play Local League if not successful are asked to initially register for Atom Local League and a refund will be provided in a timely matter should the divisions merge.

A decision will be made after August 3rd based on the registration numbers.

Thank-you.
