KMHA Annual General Meeting Held
On August the 11th, 2020 KMHA held its first ever virtual AGM. Although participation was lower than expected, the Executive Board wishes to thank all those who did attend.

A special thank you goes out to Grant Garrow, our OMHA liaison person, and our Secretary, Livia Faubert for the tremendous amount of preparation that went into making this meeting possible. As President, I would like to thank all of our volunteers: coaching staff, trainers, time keepers and sponsors for their dedication and commitment for making last season a success.

Elections were held for the following positions:
President: Carl Herder
VP of House League:
Kevin Bowers
Secretary: Livia Faubert
Director of Travel: Scott Roberts
VP of Local League: Denis Moison 

Award Winners:
Travel Coach of the Year: Jason Carr
Travel Manager of the Year: Rob Lenover
Travel Player of the Year: Austin Drew
House League Coach of the Year: Chris Vollick
House League Player of the Year: Jacob Williams
Local League Coach of the Year: Scott MacDonald
Local League Player of the Year: Chloe Ryder
KMHA Worker of the Year: Patrick Tryon (Sponsorship Chairperson)

Honourary Mention went to the Bantam AE team for being the co-winners in the OMHA finals. Congratulations to coach Mike Wright, the coaching staff and players. Great work team. You made us proud.

Several long-time Service Awards were also mentioned. A motion nominating Grant Garrow and Christine Havens for Life Memberships into KMHA was unanimously approved. Congratulations to both.

A motion was also held approving the Treasurer's 2019-2020 annual report as well as approving the Minutes from the AGM in 2019. The meeting was adjourned.

The Executive Board will be updating membership in the next few days regarding our Return to Hockey
