Hockey Canada Skills Camp
December 27th, Thames Campus Arena - $20.  The Hockey Canada skills camps are designed for all registered minor atom/atom and minor pee-wee/pee-wee aged boy and girl hockey players.

 

Important Note - Kent Minor Hockey Association is subsidizing each registration by contributing $55/player to the registration fee. Therefore, players who are members of the KMHA are only required to pay $20/player. Players who are not with the KMHA will be charged an additional $55/player.

 

Hockey Canada Skills Development camps have the following objectives:

 

-To develop / enhance the fundamental skills of skating, passing, stick handling and shooting.

 

-To create an opportunity for players to meet other players and develop friendships.

 

-To promote the FUN of the game

 

-To teach the concepts of fair play, fitness, safety, team work and the importance of a positive attitude.

 

-To provide a memorable experience for all who attend.

 

Players will take part in two on-ice and two off-ice sessions that focus on passing, shooting, skating, puck control and most importantly FUN!

 

Plus, each participating player will receive their very own Hockey Canada Skills Camp jersey. Lunch will be provided for all of the players.

 

The event will take place at Thames Campus Arena, which is located at 999 Grand Ave W, in Chatham-Kent, Ontario.

MINOR ATOM/ATOM

8:30 AM – 8:45 AM – Registration

8:45 AM – 9:00 AM – Dress for On-Ice

9:00 AM – 10:15 AM – On-Ice Session

10:25 AM – 11:10 AM – Off-Ice Session

11:10 AM – 11:30 AM – Lunch

11:30 AM – 11:50 AM – Dress for On-Ice

11:50 AM – 1:05 PM – On-Ice Session

1:15 PM – 2:00 PM – Off-Ice Session

 

MINOR PEE-WEE/PEE-WEE

8:45 AM – 9:00 AM – Registration

9:00 AM – 10:00 AM – Off-Ice Session

10:00 AM – 10:25 AM – Dress for On-Ice

10:25 AM – 11:40 AM – On-Ice Session

11:50 AM – 12:10 PM – Lunch

12:10 PM – 12:55 PM – Off-Ice Session

12:55 PM – 1:15 PM – Dress for On-Ice

1:15 PM – 2:30 PM – On-Ice Session
