U13 AA (2009), 2021-2022, REP (Kent Minor Hockey Association)

Sunday morning the U13 AA Cobras took on the Belle River Canadiens in the Bluewater Day of Champs and were blanked 6-0.  The game was scoreless past the mid-point of the second period until Belle River scored twice in 37 seconds.  The Cobras played hard but ran out of gas giving up four more goals to the Canadiens in the first seven minutes of the third period.  Lukas Duquette faced an onslaught of shots and played a solid game in net for the Cobras. Saturday morning the U13 AA Cobras took on the Lasalle Sabres in an action-filled and tense semi-final Bluewater Playoff game at Central Park Arena in Windsor. The U13 AA Cobras jumped out to a 3-0 lead late in the second period and then held on for a 3-2 victory.  Will Redford had two goals and Kyrin Blonde had another for the Cobras.  Jackson Liberty had three assists with Jack Deshaw and Redford also picking up helpers.  Lukas Duquette was strong in net, making some late saves to preserve the win. The U13AA Cobras ended the Bluewater Playoffs with an 8-3 loss to the Belle River Canadiens at the ATC on Sunday afternoon.  Belle River broke a 3-3 tie halfway through the second period scoring five unanswered goals to finish the game.  Jake Corneil, Owen Bishop and Dane Morris each scored for the Cobras.  Assists went to Jack Deshaw, Simon Hildebrand, Gavin Casey and Corneil.  Anderson Agar and Lukas Duquette shared the game and were busy in net for the Cobras.  

The U13 AA Cobras came back strong after the March Break!  The Cobras played their third game of the Bluewater Playoffs Saturday afternoon, outscoring the Essex-Southpoint Ravens 7-2.  Jake Corneil (3), Heath Boyko (2), Owen Bishop and Liam Vallee scored goals for the Cobras.  Dane Morris had three assists while Jack Deshaw (2), Elliot Crow (2), Connor Horak, Vallee, Boyko and Bishop also had helpers.  Lukas Duquette played a solid game in net for the Cobras.  The final game of the round robin goes tomorrow in Belle River against the Canadiens.
