START OF PLAYDOWNS!
The U13AA Cobras started OMHA Playdowns this weekend with fantastic back-to-back efforts in home and away games. 

On Saturday, the Cobras played an afternoon tilt in Windsor against the Jr. Spitfires and earned a 2-2 tie.  The Cobras took the early lead on goals by Elliot Crow and Owen Bishop.  Windsor needed a powerplay goal in the last minute of the game to tie it up.  Lukas Duquette played a solid game in net.

On Sunday, the Cobras played a see-saw game against the Belle River Canadiens at Thames Campus Arena earning another 2-2 tie.  Kyrin Blonde opened the scoring for the Cobras in the first period with assists to Jake Corneil and Jackson Liberty.  Liberty found the back of the net in the second period with the assist going to Heath Boyko.  Anderson Agar played a solid game in net.
