Game 9 vs. The Canadiens
Another development game...
Saturday was another game to use to develop our positioning and try different guys at different positions. Logan stepped into the net for a try and Coin took his exceptional skating to the defensive corps. Unfortunately their offence was really missed. Zach transitioned into a capable winger, but his defensive abilities were missed. This part of the season is a great time to make these experiments and I am encouraged to see where our skills are as we approach the playoffs. We were only able to beat the Canadiens goalie two times this week as he stood on his head making at least 10 outstanding saves including a howitzer by Gabe from 6 feet out on a breakaway. The goals came from Williem and Max (A:Kalib). Next game is vs. The Flyers as Carson steps in to the net. Until then…
