The Atom AE Cobras missed the Silver Stick finals after a shootout loss to the London Junior Nationals; what a heart breaker!
What a heart breaking loss in the Silver Stick! The boys played an almost flawless game on Sunday morning but failed to reap the reward. The London Nationals faced similar heart break losing with 28 seconds left in OT to Sarnia in the finals. Goes to show you how close we were. We can only hope that the growth witnessed by the team over the weekend builds a stronger team come playoff time! The weekend evolved into what being a team player is all about. Seeing the boys hugging and high fiving Logan after the SO loss shows me that in a weird way it was a weekend victory! Please be proud of your boy!!
