Miller and Drew Shutout Lasalle
The Atom AE Cobras came off a snowed out Saturday to defeat Lasalle 8-0 on the road Sunday evening.
The Cobra offense was rolling and all team members contributed to shut down the Sabres in playoff win #2. Logan Miller held off all Lasalle scorers for two periods and Garrett Drew tidied up the shutout in the third. Cole Tetreault jumped off his point position to snipe two breakaway goals early in the game. Teammates Connor Day and Cameron Knotek equaled Cole's output also scoring two goals each. Other Cobra scoring came from Briden Gebal G(1), Nick Martin G(1 ), Alex Chickowski A(1), Tyler Pink A(1), Riley Caron A(1), Kodie Gaffan A(1), Simon Coelho A(1). We spent too much time in the penalty box. There are good penalties and bad. Penalties taken with stick infractions because you are in a poor position need to be minimized.
