The Kent TekSavvy Minor Midget AA Cobras finished their Bluewater round robin playoff series Saturday night with a 5-3 loss to the Windsor Jr. Spitfires.

Brody VanDongen had a hat trick and two assists in a 8 to 1 win over the Southpoint Capitals . Matt Balkwill and Austin Bentley scored two each and Lucas Little scored one goal and picked up three assists. Nolan VandenBoorn and Nate Whittall each had two assists while Nate Sabourin, Jamie Faubert, Tyler Torrieri and Alex Nauta, each added one helper. KJ Teron was the winning goalie. The Cobras will host the Amherstburg Stars on St. Patricks Day.

The Kent TekSavvy Cobras Minor Midget AA team picked up another win on Sunday after beating the Essex Ravens 7 to 4 in Bluewater Hockey league round robin playoffs. Austin Bentley led the way with a breakaway goal midway in the first period and sealed the game off with the final goal in the third. Will Tetzlaff added two goals and two assists while Nolan VandenBoorn , Matt Balkwill and Brock Daugherty scored one goal each.
